Brand Identity: Compass Ecospatial
Compass Ecospatial is a woman-owned environmental consulting firm that specializes in ecological and geospatial solutions. As the lead multimedia designer on this project, I developed a distinctive brand identity—including a logo, visual style guide, and website—to reflect Compass Ecospatial's mission and expertise.
During the initial branding session with the client, we presented various brand elements for them to consider—such as typography, color palettes, tone/energy, and logo inspiration—and narrowed down what they were looking for. In this session, the client also expressed their desire for the logo to include a compass of some sort, and reflect their work in environmental consulting.
In the end, we settled on an abstract compass comprised of four one-cornered quadrants, each containing a symbol related to the environment: Air, Life, Water, and Earth. The brand mark was designed in such a way that the lines flow seamlessly between the quadrants. To pull everything together, I paired the brand mark with a thin, elegant font, an earthy color palette, and incorporated topography lines into the overall visual branding.
Once the client approved the logo and brand identity, I developed Compass Ecospatial's email signatures, business cards, and Squarespace website.

Logo Refresh: Excess Horsepower
This was a personal project of mine—a redesign of my late older brother's small business, Excess Horsepower. Believe it or not, this was the first logo I ever designed. I am proud of its incorporation of both a horse (doubling as the letter 'E') and a speedometer, a nod to the company's services/products.
Project Branding: Main Street Promise
The Main Street Promise is a transformative redevelopment project aimed to revitalize downtown Vancouver, Washington's Main Street. PointNorth collaborated with the City of Vancouver and MacKay Sposito to develop the project name. I was tasked with producing the visual identity for this project, as well as the promotional and informational collateral that followed.

Branding: Addobbo Wood-Fired Pizza
Freelance logo project for Addobbo Wood-Fired Pizza, a Florida pizzeria known for it's crispy-crust pies, pasta dishes, and desserts. The client had a specific vision for their brand mark: Big, bold lettering, with an 'A' made out of a flaming hot slice of pizza, and colors inspired by the Italian flag... and pizza!
