Branding: Compass Ecospatial
Compass Ecospatial, a woman-owned environmental consulting firm, focuses on ecological and geospatial solutions. As PointNorth’s lead multimedia designer on this project, I developed a distinctive brand identity—including a logo, visual style guide, and website—that reflects Compass’s mission and expertise.
My design approach began with a deep dive into Compass’s mission and values: precision, sustainability, and innovation. I explored how these principles could be visually represented through color, typography, and form. The resulting brand system combines clean geospatial-inspired lines with organic elements to convey both technical expertise and environmental stewardship. From there, I extended the visual language into a responsive, content-focused website that highlights Compass’s capabilities and team.

The design process focused on aligning Compass’s brand identity with its core values of environmental responsibility and geospatial precision. The final visual system blends natural tones, clean typography, and map-inspired elements, creating a cohesive experience across print and digital platforms.
